Refund & Return Policy

At PixlPerfect, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please review the following policy based on the product type.

1. Digital Downloads (Wallpapers, Digital Artwork)

All products sold as digital downloads, including wallpapers and digital artwork, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Since these are instantly accessible digital files, we cannot reverse delivery once a download has occurred.

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at help@paletteparadise.store for assistance.


2. Mobile Covers

Returns are accepted for mobile covers under the following conditions:

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • The item received is damaged or incorrect

To initiate a return, email us at help@paletteparadise.store with your order number and a description of the issue. We cover return shipping if the error is on our part.


3. Art Prints (Canvas or Paper)

Art prints are made to order and are returnable only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for custom sizes or change-of-mind purchases.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved (if applicable), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
